My Article On SEO Basics for THE NWCO & Backlinks

My Article On SEO Basics for THE NWCO & Back links
http://www.sitesbyrobb.com/home/seo-the-basics/

I started out Jan 2011 with this article in Professional Wildlife Control Magazine. I used a keyword domain as an example for Jonesie , or Ron Jones.  I give example of a meta title and meta descriptions and how and why to use them properly.

I also have a few podcasts that if you pay attention will actually tell you how to write content and even get on the front page of Google .  SEO & trapping are very similar , in the field we trap critters and online we trap words. If I can do it anyone who tries hard enough can do it.

Backlinks -You Need Em But Be Careful

Regarding backlinks don’t buy them from anyone not even the nice guy from India. You need to earn them or ask for them one at a time. Back links that make sense and back links that actually can drive traffic to the site.

Some local links that make sense both as inbound and outbound links:

  1. Local business should link to you and you to them and the reason is simple both of you do business locally and both of you can expand your own influence with actual customers who can visit your web site and hire you for wildlife removal or pest control services.
  2. Links from websites from related industries are good . The bottom line a back link is only good unless someone clicks through a web site and visits your web site or vice versa.
  3. Do not speak to anyone that can give you multiple web sites. Google is hip to link farms and your just throwing good money away and will end up with worse position after going that route and penalized.

Two of the web sites used for marketing David Schmidt, St Louis Mo
Here are three websites I built for Dave Salys !!

Here are a few of mine!

Check your own back links here! The number on the far right is the one that counts because they come to you and can drive traffic. The one on the left is what is going out from your web site and sending traffic to another web site.

http://www.majesticseo.com/reports/bulk-backlink-checker

A few you can do yourself like blogging for free on a PR3 related domain nwcoa.info, put your domain url in like this http://www.animalremovalmi.com <—PeskyCritterthat’s a big hint , create an account on Lt’s Forum put your correct domain in your signature and post on there. There are many places to leave your backlinks that are intended to create traffic organically to your web site. You can do this and so can your friends posting links with Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.

Social media matters , it matters on this ADC Forum, in our emails , in our own discussions. It is natural for Google to like it when different people suggest sites but its what is driving traffic to the site is what really matters. How you get backlinks really does matter they should come from authority sites related to our industry. They can also come locally from like a Motel web site, a realtor, insurance agent, etc. you did services for and if they spell out a few key words describing you service with a link it would be a valid link and a recommendation of your services. If you have the popular content like ourpodcasts its gets easier. Have other reasons to also drive traffic to your web site and be unique and creative about it. I did.

About Keyword Domains – All websites need content and the more the better. A micro site would be a small site with very little focus beyond topics related to the keyword of focus.

Example: Keyword Domain

If you asked me where to get wildlife control supplies whether it was in a email, in article I have written, or even on a podcast or over the phone. The sponsor of this adc forum is http://wildlifecontrolsupplies.com. If you want a real good example of a key word domain that says what they do it would wildlife control supplies. Nothing black hat about it. I also use keyword domains in my Gainesville market even folks in Georgia and Virginia learn Anytime Wildlife is in Gainesville Florida.

Meet David McCleod of Georgia Wildlife Services. David, a lifelong beekeeper has raised bees most of his life and enjoys working with bees and doing his part informing the public of the importance bees are to local  agriculture. Listen to an earlier podcast by David entitled ” Why Live Bee Removal

David is in the wildlife removal business and bats, birds, raccoon’s, skunks, and squirrels round his days in addition to live bee removals, wasp nest removal, yellow jacket removal from underground nests and most any stinging insect problem.

Honey Bee Removal Atlanta  – We will not kill honey bees. We offer the most professional removal services for honey bee removal, and we hive the bees after removal on our own property. Many times, a “cut out” needs to be performed in order to remove the honey and brood combs from the walls of structure. This is done professionally instead of simply “trapping out” the honey bees, or spraying unwanted pesticides on them. By removing the honey and combs, and disinfecting and sanitizing the wall voids … this ensures that you will not have ants entering, or honey and brood rot seeping through the interior walls of your structure. Call a “hobby bee keeper” if you want a quick temporary fix. Call us if you want a Professional Permanent Solution.

Podcast: The Wasp Warrior and ATLANTA Bee Removal Removal

Live Honey Bee Removal Atlanta and we also use mechanical methods to remove and kill on contact yellow jackets, hornets, wasps even Africanized Bees without the use of pesticides.
